Description
NeoWork is seeking a Podcast & Social Media Operations Specialist to support our growing content production and distribution team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who can manage multiple podcast workflows efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency across platforms. Key Responsibilities Download and organize video (.mp4) and audio (.mp3) files from Google Drive Upload and schedule podcast content through our social media distribution platform, Ordinal Research and accurately tag podcast guests’ social media profiles in Ordinal Upload and publish full-length podcast episodes to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube Use Canva to create engaging and professional thumbnails for each episode Familiarity or experience with social media management and digital content distribution Bonus: Prior experience using Notion (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and diligence with repetitive tasks Highly organized and adaptable to client-specific processes Able to prioritize effectively and handle time-sensitive or urgent tasks Proactive and clear communicator, especially when identifying challenges or bottlenecks Fully remote HMO coverage Gym allowance Extra holiday pay Supportive and collaborative team culture
