CONTEXT STATEMENT

NT Health provides integrated allied health services in a variety of service settings including acute and sub-acute care, primary
health care, aged care and mental health. Currently seeking applicants in Podiatry, to work predominantly in acute and sub-acute
high risk foot management.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely, clinically and culturally appropriate Podiatry services, with a high-risk foot management focus, under
    minimal supervision within a multidisciplinary framework.
  2. Provide feedback to senior staff and management on program and clinical issues.
  3. Provide clinical/professional supervision and/or support to students and relevant staff.
  4. Prioritise and manage a caseload within a dynamic and evolving work environment to ensure timelines and health outcomes
    are met.
  5. Co-ordinate and/or contribute to continuous quality improvement and service development activities at a local or regional
    level to ensure delivery of contemporary Podiatry services.
  6. Contribute to the achievement of work unit goals and key performance indicators.
  7. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken
    in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  8. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role modelling behaviour.
