REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or diploma in Podiatry
  • HCPC registration and full membership of the Royal College of Podiatry
  • Experience in musculoskeletal podiatry (occupational health or workplace-based experience desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Occupational Health Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a hybrid role, combining onsite clinic delivery at client locations with remote consultations and administrative tasks from home. You will provide expert podiatric assessment, treatment, and advice to employees, supporting both prevention and management of foot and lower limb conditions that impact work performance and attendance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver podiatry assessments, diagnostics and evidence-based interventions tailored to workplace needs
  • Provide expert clinical advice and treatment plans to reduce musculoskeletal and biomechanical issues
  • Support return-to-work programmes by addressing foot health-related work limitations
  • Conduct gait and biomechanical analysis, providing orthotic or footwear recommendations where appropriate
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational health nurses and case managers for integrated care
  • Participate in workplace risk assessments and advise on footwear, standing postures and workstation adaptations
  • Maintain accurate, confidential and contemporaneous clinical records in line with professional and company standards
