This is an Hourly position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Podiatry Residency Program Coordinator is responsible for the administrative tasks related to the podiatry residency program. The coordinator manages the daily operations of the program and serves as an important liaison with learners, faculty and other staff members. Expected to develop unique knowledge of the program requirements, policies and procedures, in alignment with OSF HealthCare. This position assists the program director in compliance efforts, educational programming, and support of residents. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 3 years equivalent administration and/or management experience in academic or health setting. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
