SCHEDULE AND SUPERVISION
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), exempt position. While the role is primarily remote, the Collective Impact Manager must be available for in-person work as needed, including but not limited to: support groups, community events, educational presentations, and team work sessions. Reliable access to transportation and the ability to travel for in-person responsibilities are required. General work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility in consultation with the supervisor. Some evening or weekend hours may be required to facilitate support groups or attend program or agency activities. This position reports to the POEM Senior Collective Impact Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

o Monitor the fulfillment and evaluation of education and program activities
PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES
POEM/OPMH social media and website
o Track, assign, and delegate incoming requests for educational presentations, tabling, and
other program events to appropriate team members
o Respond to initial inquiries and coordinate logistical details for program-led events
o Collaborate with program leadership to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, staffing
capacity, and budget
o Monitor the fulfillment and evaluation of education and program activities
o Utilize skills and personal life experiences to aid in the growth and recovery of participants
o Model values and practices with clients that POEM has identified as supportive to the
healing and recovery process
o Maintain certification and ethical practices of peer support as outlined by the Ohio
Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Ohio Peer Recovery Supporter Code of
Ethics
o Serve as a backup facilitator for at least one support group per month, as needed
o Maintain thorough and accurate daily documentation within the program databaseo Maintain established referral, follow-up, and outcomes tracking processes
o Responsively handle incoming calls on the peer support line as assigned
