Customer service experience is a top priority, and professionalism should always be maintained.      Why You’ll Love It Here * Competitive wages * Benefits package * Supportive culture with work‑life balance   What You’ll Do * Be the subject matter expert in Epicor POS * Train employees in inventory process * Implement and communicate changes to inventory process * Acting as the primary resource for troubleshooting register failures, printer issues, and network connectivity problems * Managing item files, pricing, promotional data, tax tables, and ensuring proper data transmission between front-end registers and back-office systems * Analyz transaction reports * Monitor and prepare inventory reports * Implement promotional pricing   What You Bring * High School Diploma or GED (required) * Associates degree (preferred) * 2+ years of retail customer service experience * Proficient in Math * Excellent communication skills across all levels of organization * Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record * Travel flexibility/availability  
Responsibilities
