Job Description Accurate Picking, Packing, & Labeling Point of Use (PouP) Provider & Material Flow (Variable): Ensuring operators have all necessary supplies (labels, boxes, tape, etc.) at their workstations, proactively refilling items, and escalating shortages Perform quality checks on items before packing to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. Manifest and label orders accurately for parcel shipping. Stack completed orders in designated areas for shipping. Auto Store Loading & Monitoring (Variable): Accurately load product into the Auto Store system by scanning each item. Monitor inventory levels and restock in a timely manner using the Auto Store system. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly. Pick & Put-away Support (Variable): Assisting with the flow of materials by moving completed pallets, setting empty ones, managing trash, and handling empty pallets for put-away. Participate in cross-training for various tasks related to order processing and fulfillment. Follow all company policies and procedures related to picking, packing. and safety. Maintain a clean and organized packing area, following safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Required Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Training, Experience, etc. Proficient math skills, must be able to pass Skills Assessment Test Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly . Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Basic computer skills for using the Auto Store system and other warehouse management tools. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
