Description
We are looking for a Store Manager to help us effectively oversee our sales floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer opportunities and providing training and support to sales associates while working collaboratively with the Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee retail operations, including inventory and visual merchandising, and will actively participate in building our sales team by providing the guidance and training necessary to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are supported within a desired time frame. - Carry out sales and inventory management - Recruitment, training and development of employees, which includes product knowledge - Direct and encourage employees to ensure a high level of concentration. - Assist customers and resolve customer service issues as necessary. - Promote the store on social media in order to develop the activity. Qualifications: - Experience in the retail field - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to maintain a customer-focused environment - Flexible in availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays - Able to work collaboratively within a team - Ability to remain on your feet for an 8 hour shift Running Room welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
