In this role, you will: Support and guide dealers to deliver an exceptional poker experience. Build strong relationships with customers, helping them feel welcome and engaged. Work closely with the Management team to ensure a smooth transition from arrival to the poker table. Set the standard for how the Poker Room operates - efficiently, professionally, and with energy. Monitor and manage poker room performance, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company standards. Drive customer engagement through promotions, tournaments, and tailored experiences. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall casino offering. Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a number of different issues, as well as create, implement, monitor and evaluate the success of specific promotions. Extensive knowledge of all of the games operated in the Poker Room. An understanding of the rules that relate to both Tournament and Cash Game play. Experience in creating and leading a team.
