Please apply with an English CV For an international Food Ingredients Distributor, acting in Europe, Africa and West Asia in 40 countries we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients Poland You will sell valued added Food Ingredients to the Food and Beverage Industry You will be responsible for the business development of a selection of food ingredients in different branches of the food industry with focus on proteins, hydrocolloids, functional ingredients direction. home office based this is a B2B Job and not for candidates from Hotels, Restaurants etc. Tasks Responsibilities of Sales Manager: develop sales strategy for dedicated ingredients (business development) analyze market and product range of suppliers to find new potentials visit customers in Poland, analyze their needs developing tailor-made recipes for customers where required attend production trials at customers / make small-scale trials in our application kitchen creating price offers / follow-up of projects & payments from customers reporting to suppliers / alignment of strategy with suppliers in accordance with our Category Managers keep good relations with suppliers checking of legal requirements (registrations, labelling, importing, …) Requirements Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills, food technological or food chemistry education (must have!) minimum 3-5 years experience with food ingredients (sales/production/R&D) communication and analytical skills, highly organized, reliable good negotiation skills fluent in written and spoken Polish and English wide knowledge about polish food market and food processors open minded and positive thinking driving license and ability to travel within the country very organized, reliable, positive thinking Benefits Working in an international team with lean structures Close cooperation with market-leading, innovative suppliers with excellent products Regular product and application training in our LAB an attractive remuneration package that corresponds to your experience and qualifications.
