DESCRIPTION

  • Planung und Durchführung von Rollouts und Trainings in Polarion (Präsenz, Remote, E-Learning)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungsunterlagen, Tutorials und Trainingskonzepten direkt im Polarion-Umfeld
  • Durchführung von Testläufen in Polarion zur Validierung der End-to-End-Prozesse (Requirements, Tests, Releases, Dokumentation)
  • Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams in der Operations-Phase inkl. KPI-Monitoring, kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Anpassung der Polarion-Workflows
  • Polarion-Support: Ticketbearbeitung, Q&A, Change Requests, Tool-Optimierung und Performance-Monitoring
  • Begleitung des Übergangs in die Eigenverantwortung der Fachbereiche

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Polarion oder einem vergleichbaren ALM-System (z. B. DOORS, Jama), Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering (z. B. Polarion, DOORS, Jama), mindestens 2 Jahre Polarion Erfahrung sind wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessmanagement, Change Management und Training
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an der Optimierung von Engineering-Tools
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
