DESCRIPTION

• Aufbau und Pflege von Requirements Management inkl. Struktur, Traceability und KPI-Dashboards
• Konfiguration und Einführung von Test- und Validierungsprozessen (Testbibliotheken, Reporting, Rückverfolgbarkeit)
• Gestaltung von Release-Workflows inkl. Testzuordnung, Release Notes und revisionssicherer Dokumentation
• Integration von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Dokumentation in bestehende Workflows
• Erstellung, Pflege und Versionierung von Produkt- und Projektdokumentation
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen in der Batterie- und Systementwicklung

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Systems Engineering, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering (z. B. Polarion, DOORS,Jama), mindestens 2 Jahre Polarion Erfahrung sind wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in Test-/Validierungsmanagement sowie Freigabeprozessen
• Grundverständnis von Compliance- oder Sicherheitsstandards im Entwicklungsumfeld von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und Freude an Prozessgestaltung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
