岗位职责： 1、负责柱上元器件产品研发计划的制定和执行，带领团队成员完成新产品开发及老产品更新维护的工作任务。 2、负责柱上元器件产品的研发和技术方案评审； 3、组织和管理团队的任务分配、进度控制和产品交付； 4、协调和沟通与其他各相关部门的工作，确保团队各项业务及时完成，并保持与其他部门的良好合作； 5、培养团队成员，做好团队管理工； 6、参与公司相关产品的技术预研。； 1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，电气、机械等相关领域； 2、具有10年以上中压断路器研发经验，熟悉中压断路器产品结构、工艺和相关标准要求，有柱上开关产品开发经验者优先；、熟悉GB、IEC、IEEE等相关电气标准；、具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，能够有效协调关键技术问题；具备运动学、机械、电气等仿真分析能力者优先；、有较强的抗压能力，可以适应一定频率的出差；、良好的学习能力，工作认真负责、细致严谨；、对海外市场应用需求熟悉者优先；具备机械、电气等仿真分析能力者优先。
