Some of What You’ll do: Immerse yourself in customer experience and guide prospective customers through the online purchasing process Use your expertise in customer service to meet the needs of new and existing customers Follow up with leads and from all touch points including: online portal and CRM System Maintain accurate customer information during every contact Make proactive outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments for prospective customers Coordinate all aspects of the customer buying experience from first contact to delivery of vehicle Become an industry leader in electric vehicle sales Learn new skills and while taking your career to new heights Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid California Driver's License + Acceptable Driving Record Eligibility to acquire an occupational sales license 1-2 years call center experience, sales experience highly preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Lift and carry up to 25 pounds for moving vehicle accessories or paperwork. Willingness to work outdoors, exposing oneself to various weather conditions while showing vehicles on the lot.
