Responsibilities

To ensure that prospects, customers and owners receive an exceptional experience throughout their Polestar journey. The role engages with prospects and guides them towards the best-suited Polestar product according to their needs.
Sales specialists are the experts in showcasing products, emphasising unique features and benefits. Key activities for this role involve remaining attuned to industry trends, monitoring competitor activities, arranging and completing test drives for prospects, personalising preferred options, providing comprehensive pricing and purchase details, securing customer orders and delivering cars to Polestar owners.
Furthermore, the role proactively follows up with prospects and customers addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless transition in the sales and handover experience.
The Sales specialist also needs to keep close collaboration with the Space Manager and cross-functional teams like Customer Engagement, Fleet Sales and the Handover Team in-house. These roles work collectively towards achieving commercial and experience targets and objectives for both the manufacturer and the business including the sale of used cars.
