Responsibilities

· Quickly developing knowledge of the Division’s products and processes
· First point of contact for Clients to resolve queries
· Provide support and administrative functions to the business as required
· Maintain accurate records and update central data files accordingly and communicate information to stakeholders
· Maintaining a diary system to ensure the processes can be completed on time in line with SLA’s.
· Validating and processing monthly policy and claims bordereaux into the policy management system within SLA
· Building & maintaining relationships with partners ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner
· Ensuring bordereaux are received on time, investigating any delays and reporting to Business lines.
· Supporting onboarding of new partners
· Liaise with IT for new partner onboarding, continuous improvement initiatives or day to day issues
· Preparation of Client material and reporting packs
· Maintain strong working relationship with departments
· Supporting ad-hoc projects as required
