Job role We are hiring customer service relationship management, preferably with experience in the insurance profession ( Claims or others, etc.). As an agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer request ( insurance brokers) regarding insurance contracts and providing anwers according to well- established procedures. What you will do Understanding requests and providing correct answers and solutions. Following procedures and protocols to assist customers as efficiently as possible and managing the escalation of issues as necessary. Updating customer data in the system and ensuring accurate documentation Actively participating in the improvement of the quality of services offered to customers Contributing actively to enhacing customer satisfaction What you bring You have a good level of Spanish, both oral and written.
