About the team: Work within the team responsible for supervision of ASX’s listed market. Our team's performance is critical to ASX's success in operating a market of the highest integrity and meeting the expectations of our customers and the wider Australian community. You will work closely with subject matter experts in Listings Compliance, including members of our admissions and investment products teams. You will also have day to day involvement with members of our Transformation and Operational Performance team, who drive the execution of our continuous improvement and change programs. What you will be doing: Write clear, concise, and user friendly policy documents, position papers and advices and related internal documents, as well as amendments to listing rules and guidance notes. Assess new rule and policy proposals and consult with other teams on new rules and policy developed by Listings Compliance. Continuously monitor changes in regulations and industry standards, understand proposed changes to our listing rules and guidance notes and update policies and procedures to maintain consistency and effectiveness. Undertake research and analysis in relation to current issues, including researching the rules of other exchanges, industry best practice and legal requirements, and develop evidence based options and recommended solutions. Contribute to the development of policy team processes and procedures. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders facilitating their engagement and contribution to policy and procedure documents. Develop resources and work with team to prepare and deliver training to educate employees, listed entities and their advisers on listing rule issues. What you will bring: Must have A tertiary qualification in public policy, law, economics, communications or related disciplines A strong academic background Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented with strong analytical and research abilities Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams Enthusiasm!
