The FCC has two intertwined focuses in service of our firm, our clients, and the country. We develop and mobilize original research that provides insights for businesses, governments, organizations, and Canadians on a broad spectrum of topics. And we coordinate public policy activities across the firm and develop and advance policy positions on priority issues for our firm.
We are looking for a Policy Advisor/Senior Policy Advisor (Consultant or Senior Consultant) to join our team for a period of 12 months.

ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

You are someone who has/is:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree preferably in public policy, political science or economics
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in policy development, public policy, politics or government relations
  • Proven analytic skills and systematic problem solving
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and leverage strategic networks
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively, exemplified by an ability to see patterns, connect dots, and generate insights
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National teams and clients, English is required for the role
