The Policy and Governance Team is inviting applications for the role of Coordinator to support CPSO's governance and policy functions by managing committee activities, maintaining documentation, assisting with policy development and implementation and providing Executive Assistant level administration support. This position collaborates with internal teams, committee members, and external stakeholders to ensure organized and compliant governance processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and interested in governance, public policy, and regulatory work within a complex, mission‑driven organization. Responsibilities * Coordinate and support governance and policy‑related committees, including meeting logistics, agendas, materials, minutes, and follow‑up actions * Support committee member onboarding, term tracking, and appointment documentation * Provide Executive Assistant level support for the team, including calendar management, coordination, and backup coverage. * Act as a key point of contact for committee members and internal stakeholders on governance and policy matters * Support the development, review, approval, and maintenance of organizational policies and related governance documents * Track policy lifecycles, revisions, approvals, and publication timelines * Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date policy and governance records in document management systems * Assist with governance modernization initiatives, including updates to bylaws, governance frameworks, and related documentation * Support public or stakeholder requests related to governance and policy materials, as applicable * Ensure governance and policy processes align with internal standards, legislation, and best practices * Provide coordination and administrative support to the Patient Relations Committee, including meeting logistics, preparation of materials, minutes, and follow‑up actions. * Support the Funding for Therapy and Counselling Program by coordinating documentation, tracking approvals, and supporting related committee and reporting requirements. * Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation activities for the Policy and Governance functions, including monitoring expenditures and supporting internal financial reporting. * Monitor and manage shared Department inboxes, ensuring inquiries are triaged, responded to, or directed appropriately. * Support the coordination and monitoring of policy and Governance related consultations, including tracking submissions, managing correspondence, and maintaining consultation records. Qualifications & Experience * Post‑secondary education in public administration, policy, governance, law, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * 3 years experience providing committee, governance, or policy coordination support in a complex organization * Assets include education or training in social services, psychology, or a related field is considered an asset, along with experience supporting people in sensitive or confidential situations * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing agendas, minutes, and briefing materials * High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems used to maintain policies, governance records, and committee materials   How to Apply Please click apply now and submit a cover letter along with your resume.
