Manage tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, directing, coordination and support of day-to-day activities relating to COO policy documents and related projects/initiatives Create or update policy, standards, procedures and applicable controls and supporting process documents Engage in management activities, such as strategic initiatives, planning, and execution 5+ Years relevant experience Prior experience in managing highly visible, complex initiatives and/or consulting experience Capable of diving into details, while bringing a strategic add big picture perspective Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skillset, and demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across a large financial institutions Continuous improvement mindset - assess impact of actions and adjust as needed; simplify and standardize at every opportunity Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to senior management Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a highly dynamic environment Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective validation with senior stakeholders.
