Reporting Line: Manager, Policy Implementation Responsible for the timely and effective Policy Implementation process. In charge of controlling mandatory checks that are performed before the contract is placed at risk or before renewal. Send the policy documents and enforce the policy termination in the system. Key Responsibilities and Duties Contract Activation New Policy Renewal Policy Mid Term Amendments Contract Termination Turnover Declaration controlling To implement the contract start checks to ensure that for each and every policy (including new and renewal) to place at risk that all compliancy components are met before policy issuance. Start the Turnover Declaration controlling to identify potential missing premium Perform required tasks related to projects in Policy Management. Learn, comprehend and be proficient with searching different systems (Compass, DataHub, Salesforce, IRP, etc.) Required Qualifications and Skills University degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in a finance department Highly computer literate with proficiency in Excel and similar software English required Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered) a plus Understanding of contract administration cycle Acquisition or commercial underwriting background Excellent communication and customer relations skills Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients Ability to manage multiple, high-volume tasks Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Ability to liaise with members of other core functions, team player Looking for candidates that possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes Total compensation range: $75,000 - $90,000 Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience, skills for the role, and location.
