Policy Officer – VPS 3 –Ongoing What you’ll do The Policy Officer, Capability reviews role is in the Agency Performance Branch. The Branch is responsible for: Delivering agency capability reviews, to assess the readiness of VPS agencies to deliver on future public sector requirements and challenges Monitoring and reporting on sector performance in integrity, capability, diversity, equity and inclusion and other related obligations Advice and sharing of best practice to improve the public service. The roles requires a commitment to the public service, as well as curiosity and a learning mindset. Selection criteria You should have: Experience in research and policy work Strong written and interpersonal skills Experience in delivering projects Flexibility and adaptability Demonstrated experience in the public sector and/or a public policy related qualification.
