The Policy and Research Director will lead the policy and research team, playing a crucial role in improving systems for young people and employers, and positioning Youth Employment UK as a leading source of insight for government and other experts. The role involves providing leading research, fostering a collective voice through partnerships, and influencing policy. The ideal candidate will be an expert in complex policy areas such as youth unemployment, with a proven track record of delivering research projects and turning them into actionable insights and policy leadership.
