Develop, review, and maintain credit risk, lending, and underwriting policies in line with the company's risk appetite and regulatory requirements. Define customer eligibility criteria, approval authorities, limits, and exception handling frameworks. Ensure policies are fully compliant with FRA regulations, consumer finance laws, and internal governance standards. Manage policy deviations and exceptions, including documentation, approval, and reporting. Ensure policies are clearly documented, communicated, and implemented across Credit, Operations, and Business teams. Support product launches by defining and approving policy frameworks for new products and programs. Periodically review policy effectiveness based on portfolio performance and risk indicators. Recommend policy enhancements to address emerging risks, regulatory changes, or business needs. Support internal audits, FRA inspections, and regulatory reviews related to policies and governance. documentation. Participate in internal risk committees and policy approval forums. Maintain version control, policy governance records, and approval
