Focusing on Indonesian consumers being super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app. What will you do: Assist in developing and implementing research methodologies for social and economic research projects. Collect and analyze data using various research techniques, such as surveys, interviews, literature reviews, and data mining. Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, and visualizations. Collaborate with the research team to ensure that research projects are executed efficiently, and objectives are met. Conduct literature reviews and secondary data analysis to inform research studies. Assist in data cleaning, coding, and statistical analysis using appropriate software. Help interpret research findings and identify patterns or trends. Stay updated on the latest research methodologies, industry trends, and best practices in social and economic research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall success of research projects. Maintain accurate and organized research documentation. Requirements: A Master's degree in Communication or Economic Fluent in English is a must. Have an experience min. 3 years as a Researcher (Social Research is a plus). Prior experience in conducting research, preferably in a policy & society context. Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative. Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) Strong Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret research data effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey research findings and collaborate with team members. Strong attention to detail in data collection, analysis, and report preparation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced research environment. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest research trends and methodologies. Willingness to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
