MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in policy implementation and understanding of advertising policies.
  • Experience in Trust and Safety.
  • Experience in scaled solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a member of the policy team responsible for implementing scalable Google Ads, including Shopping advertising and content policies. Identify gaps or conflicts in existing policy framework, develop scalable solutions, and work to win consensus across the organization.
  • Manage and resolve escalations from internal and external parties (including sales, legal, PR) as appropriate. Identify escalation patterns and trends and provide feedback on systems/tools process in order to increase automation while providing a better user experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Trust and Safety teams, and Engineering to influence product decisions and prioritization and improve user experience for policy-related issues. Collaborate with Sales, internal support organizations for policies to be understandable in its landing in the market.
  • Drive awareness and understanding of content and advertising policies across the Ads ecosystem and respective partners.
