EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail orientated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or business experience
  • Insurance background a plus
    For this opportunity, you will be required to attend the office 4x a week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares applications and issues stop loss policies as directed by the underwriter and in complete compliance with the issuing carriers’ and state guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and service issues professionally and within company-established standards.
  • Maintains electronic files with proper documentation.
  • Initiates and maintains producer licensing and appointments.
