Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients in the retail sector through phone, email, and chat communications. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order statuses, returns, and other retail-related services. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with the retail team to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements. Stay informed about the latest retail trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service within the retail sector is highly preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Familiarity with CRM systems and retail management software. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience. A genuine interest in the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
