We’re looking for a new teammate who speaks Polish at a native level and has experience in e-commerce. We’re happy to welcome someone already based in Vilnius — or support relocation if needed. You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: ‘Oh, that was easy!’ 👉 Communicate fluently in Polish – your language skills will make every interaction clear, natural and professional. 👉 Polish translations – help us keep Polish content sounding authentic, natural and perfectly local. 👉 Jump into social media and reply to customer messages, comments and reactions. 👉 Take care of webshops behind the scenes – check orders, fix things manually when needed and make quick translations directly in the system. What we love about you: 👉 You enjoy helping people and have previous experience in online customer support. 👉 You have excellent Polish language skills – both written and spoken – and will communicate with native customers in the Polish market, where people will also read content translated or adapted by you. 👉 You have basic e-commerce knowledge and understand from a buyer’s perspective how online shopping works, what may differ between stores and what matters to local customers. 👉 Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.
