Your Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding support to Polish-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums. Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize satisfaction. Gather and analyze feedback from players to inform enhancements in our gaming services and products. Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective player support strategies. Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is a plus. A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities. Prior experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging with players effectively.
