As a key member of the support team, you will engage with Polish-speaking players, addressing their questions and concerns while providing exceptional support for Riot Games’ titles. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent player support to Polish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Assist players with inquiries related to game features, technical issues, and account management. Quickly and effectively resolve player issues to ensure a positive gaming experience. Document interactions and feedback thoroughly to support continuous improvement in service quality. Collaborate with game developers and community management to share player insights and concerns. Stay informed about game updates, features, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in Polish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred, particularly in the gaming sector. Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to players. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
