Description - Maintain a thorough understanding of cosmetic standards, zoning diagrams and inspection tools. - Inspect all product before and after polish and before packaging to ensure it meets cosmetic standards. - Label and distribute non-conforming product to appropriate areas or people. - Print and apply the parts label as parts move into FGI. - Move product from WIP to FGI in the RPM system as needed. - Move “swipe” parts through the tracking system as needed. - Remove masking, stickers and tape from the inside or underside of parts. - Ensure part cleanliness, removes left over polish compound, sanding sludge, loose debris. - Maintain a clean organized workspace. - Other duties as assigned Requirements - Demonstrate good manual dexterity and upper body strength with the ability to manipulate parts of varying sizes (equipment generally weights 5-25 pounds) - Strong communication skills and creativity - Ability to problem solve. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Strong communication skills - Critical thinking skills - Organizational skills - Problem solving skills. - High level of attention to detail - Working overtime when needed. Overtime must be approved by upper management. - Inspecting, preparing and packaging parts to be shipped. - 3 months experience at Gunslinger
