In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our social media communities by monitoring content, managing risks, and enforcing safety policies. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content on social media platforms to identify and address violations of community standards. Investigate reports of harmful or inappropriate content and take appropriate action according to established policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective safety and trust measures. Analyze trends and patterns to proactively mitigate risks and enhance community safety. Communicate clearly with users to promote awareness of safe online behavior and community guidelines. Fluency in Polish and English with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in social media trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing online safety risks. Willingness to live and work in Greece. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital safety tools is advantageous.
