This position is ideal for individuals who are organized and possess strong problem-solving skills within the gaming industry. As part of our dedicated team, you will provide vital back office support, assisting both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience in our gaming operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver back office support for gaming-related inquiries from Polish-speaking customers through various communication channels. Collaborate with operational and technical teams to address and resolve issues effectively. Document customer interactions and internal processes with accuracy to maintain comprehensive records. Support the implementation of improvements to optimize back office operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on gaming products, trends, and regulations to provide informed support. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the gaming sector. Fluency in Polish (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles, preferably within the gaming industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and office software applications. Willingness to relocate fully and adapt to a new cultural environment.
