Your contributions will ensure that our Polish-speaking customers receive exceptional service and assistance in their gaming experience. Key Responsibilities Provide back office support for Polish-speaking customers, addressing gaming-related inquiries through various communication channels. Collaborate with internal teams to effectively investigate and resolve customer issues. Document customer interactions with high accuracy and maintain comprehensive records of processes. Identify areas for improvement in operational procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with gaming products, industry developments, and relevant regulations to deliver knowledgeable support. Engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the gaming sector. Fluency in Polish (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer support or back office roles, preferably in the gaming industry. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, focused on providing excellent customer service. Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software applications. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to the local culture.
