Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a motivated Polish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria! This role offers a paid relocation package, providing you with the chance to work in a historical and vibrant city while ensuring a safe online experience for our Polish-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and sets a positive tone for our platform. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with established community guidelines. Accurately classify content and make moderation decisions based on policy standards. Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to refine moderation strategies. Collaborate effectively with team members to improve content moderation processes and best practices. Stay up-to-date with company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions effectively. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
