Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for a Polish Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our online community by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Polish. This position offers the chance to work in a vibrant cultural environment, contributing to a safer and more engaging online experience for our users. Key Responsibilities Moderate and assess user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community standards. Classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies and guidelines. Identify and report instances of inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams. Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to enhance moderation strategies. Work collaboratively with team members to improve moderation processes and practices. Stay updated on company policies concerning content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to work in Sofia and immerse yourself in a new cultural environment. Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
