Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Content Moderator to work in our Sofia, Bulgaria office! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a safe and positive online environment for our Polish-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and manage user-generated content, ensuring compliance with our community standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure it meets community standards. Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to refine moderation strategies. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes. Remain updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to work in Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
