As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and manage user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards, specifically for our Polish-speaking audience. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Accurately classify content based on established moderation policies and standards. Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights into content trends and user engagement to help refine moderation strategies. Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation practices. Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural experience.
