Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Polish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. This role involves ensuring the safety and quality of online content for Polish-speaking users by reviewing and moderating user-generated submissions. Join us to contribute to a positive and secure online community while experiencing life in the vibrant city of Sofia. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Polish, ensuring adherence to community standards and guidelines. Classify content accurately according to established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant departments. Provide valuable insights on content trends to improve moderation approaches. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and community safety. Stay informed about company updates and industry best practices related to content moderation. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with consistent application of moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
