Join a global leader in business process outsourcing as a Polish-speaking Customer Advisor for a prestigious, high-end technology project. This role is dedicated to supporting users of a world-renowned brand known for its innovative hardware and software ecosystem. This is a 100% remote position, available exclusively to candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Greece. The Role As a Customer Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking users. Your mission is to provide professional technical assistance and ensure a seamless customer experience for a premium product line. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Polish. Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and account management. Guide users through product features and provide personalized solutions. Maintain a high standard of professional communication while meeting project-specific KPIs. Document customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system. Requirements We are looking for analytical thinkers with a passion for technology. While prior customer service experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite; we provide comprehensive, paid training. Language Skills: Native or C2-level proficiency in Polish. English Skills: B2-level proficiency (Upper-Intermediate) for training materials and internal corporate communication. Location: Must be based in Greece (or ready to relocate) and hold a valid EU passport or Greek work permit. Technical Aptitude: Comfort with digital tools and an interest in consumer electronics. Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a professional phone manner.
