Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Greece. This role includes fully paid relocation, making it an excellent chance for Polish speakers to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to Polish-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and problem resolution to ensure satisfaction. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and address recurring issues. Stay updated on product information and industry trends relevant to the company's services. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation costs are fully covered. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
