Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Care Advisor to join our dynamic team in Greece. This position offers full relocation support for the right candidate, allowing you to immerse yourself in a vibrant culture while providing top-tier customer service to our Polish-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support in Polish through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers by addressing inquiries related to products, services, and account issues with promptness and accuracy. Document and track customer interactions diligently in our CRM system. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a satisfactory outcome. Work closely with your team to maintain high service standards and share best practices. Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus. Proficient in using computer applications and comfortable with online communication. A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer care.
