This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to advance their career while experiencing life in a new and vibrant country. You will be a key part of our customer service team, providing exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support in Polish through various communication channels. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and technical issues. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to achieve positive outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively. Exceptional fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory. A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with full relocation assistance provided. An adaptable and proactive approach to work.
