Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Care Representatives to join the Technical Department of a leading company in Greece. This role offers the opportunity to live and work in Greece while providing expert support to Polish-speaking customers. If you have a knack for understanding and resolving technical issues, combined with friendly, patient and clear communication, this is the perfect position for you! Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to products or services. Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently. Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within the CRM system. Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience. An exceptional fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) and a minimum B2 proficiency in English is required. Technical knowledge or experience in a related technical customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficient with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
