Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service delivery. Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry trends to deliver precise information. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation expenses fully covered by Mercier Consultancy Group. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with good multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
