This position allows you to immerse yourself in a dynamic work environment while providing excellent support for Polish-speaking clients within a respected global organization. Responsibilities Assist Polish-speaking customers through multiple channels, such as phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries and providing product information. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, focusing on ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring detailed documentation of customer feedback and inquiries. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed and helpful support. Promote the company’s values and maintain a positive brand image through effective communication. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and provide effective solutions. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural environment. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
