Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking customers across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Engage in continuous learning to increase product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with all relocation expenses fully covered.
