Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in Polish for inquiries related to automotive products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Offer information about vehicle specifications, features, and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better assist customers. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care. Able to multitask and effectively manage various inquiries. Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and embrace a multicultural work environment.
